With the acceleration of industrialization process in ASEAN countries, the automobile industry has been an important driving force in ASEAN economies, contributing at least $177 billion to ASEAN’s gross domestic product and creating 2.4 million jobs in the region. On the other hand, the car ownership in ASEAN witnessed a skyrocketed increase in these years.
With the automobile industry between China and ASEAN countries becoming closer and closer, the lecturer for the training, Prof. HUANG Zhijie from Guangxi Transport Vocational and Technology College (GTVTC), has teaching and research experiences in hybrid automobile related fields for many years. The participants not only can learn about the core knowledge in this field, but also will receive an official vocational qualification certificate issued by GTVTC and SEAMEO TED.
The one professor for the training, Lecture HUANG Zhijie from Guangxi Transport Vocational and Technology College (GTVTC), has teaching and research experiences in hybrid automobile related fields for many years.
The training program was arranged in two phases: Phase 1: Training was formed as a Live Lecture for 2 hours on the March29, 2021. This phase outlined on three main topics: Training institution, Training resources, Training contents, Evaluation method, Ability improvement and Highlight. This phase 1 has the participants of 77 from countries including Cambodia (10 participants), Indonesia (25 participants), Malaysia (15 participants), Laos (5participants), Philippines (15participants), Singapore (2participants) and Timor Lets (5 participant).
