SEAMEO TED Organizing its 3rd Governing Board Meeting (GBM) Virtually

SEAMEO TED successfully organized its 3rd Governing Board Meeting virtually from its office in Phnom Penh.  11 SEAMEO TED GB members were attending from their office. This meeting aimed at presenting the whole fiscal year achievement to be seen and endorsed. 16 working papers were presented by SEAMEO Secretariat and SEAMEO TED, including: WP-01(Significant Policy, Agreements and Actions Taken on Key Agenda Items from SEAMEO Meeting in FY 2019/2020),WP-02-Informing of Governing Board Members from Malaysia, the Center Director of SEAMEO TED Director), WP-03(Follow-up Action on the 2nd GB Meeting), WP-04-Report on TED’s Deputy Director for Program Position Vacancy), WP-05 (Propose for Amendment on Enabling Instrument of SEAMEO TED), WP-06 (SEAMEO TED Progress report 2019/2020),WP-07(Proposal on TED’s Annual Operation Plan (AoP) for FY July 2020 – June 2021), WP-08 (Proposal on TED’s 3 years Budget Plan for FY 2020/2021, 2021/2022, 2022/2023),WP-09(Proposal on Revision of SEAMEO TED 1st Five Year Strategic Plan FY 2021/2022 – 2025/2026), WP-10 (Proposal on Regional Network on Public-Private Partnership),WP-11(Proposal on SEA-Vocational-Technical High School Network), WP-12 (Proposal on A Comparative Study on Technical and Vocational Education Teachers’ Instructional Competencies),WP-13(Report on Awareness-Raising Workshop on the Labor Market Needs in IR. 4.0 Era),WP-14(Report on Research on Assessing the online course delivery effectiveness for technical education during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Cambodia),WP-15(Report of research study on Developing the Strategies for SEAMEO TED: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Analysis),WP-16 (Proposal on a training course on School Management and Leadership for the principals of General Technical High School), WP 17  (Proposal on the appointment of SEAMEO TED Deputy Director for Administration), and (Proposal on Propose the venue and date for the 4th SEAMEO TED Governing Board Meeting.
